has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 3 and 4, strike "Twenty million dollars

($20,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Eighteen million six

hundred seventy thousand dollars ($18,670,000)".
