has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 2, line 16, after the period, insert "The
requirements of this subsection do not apply to the retiree health
care authority.".
2. On page 2, line 20, after the period, insert "The
requirements of this subsection do not apply to the retiree health
care authority.".
3. On page 2, line 24, after the period, insert "The
requirements of this subsection do not apply to the retiree health
care authority.".
4. On page 3, line 12, before "shall", insert ", excluding the
retiree health care authority,".
5. On page 3, line 25, after "agencies", insert ", excluding
the retiree health care authority,".
6. On page 4, line 4, strike "Political" and insert in lieu
thereof "The retiree health care authority, political".
7. On page 4, lines 6 and 7, strike "created by the publicly
funded health care agencies".
8. On page 5, line 8, after the period, insert "The
requirements of this subsection do not apply to the retiree health
care authority.".
9. On page 5, line 12, after the period, insert "The
requirements of this subsection do not apply to the retiree health
care authority.".
