SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 9
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, lines 14 and 15, strike ", INCLUDING INDIAN
NATIONS, TRIBES AND PUEBLOS,".
2. On page 2, line 16, after "funds", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 17 up to the semicolon.
3. On page 6, line 11, after "literary", strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "or" and after "educational", strike the remainder of the line.
4. On page 6, line 12, strike "purpose" and insert in lieu thereof "purposes".
5. On page 6, line 19, after "state", strike the remainder of
the line, strike line 20 in its entirety and strike line 21 up to the semicolon.
and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
