0001| AN ACT | 0002| MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR RANGE IMPROVEMENT TASK FORCE PROGRAMS AT NEW | 0003| MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY. | 0004| | 0005| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO: | 0006| Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars | 0007| ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents | 0008| of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 by | 0009| the cooperative extension service for the purpose of hiring additional | 0010| staff and meeting additional operating expenses to conduct research and | 0011| obtain scientific information for range improvement task force programs. | 0012| Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal | 0013| year 1997 shall revert to the general fund. | 0014| | 0015| HB | 0016| 110 | 0017| Page  |
