0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO ESTABLISH AND OPERATE AN INTERACTIVE

0013|     TELEVISION EDUCATIONAL AND GOVERNMENTAL SERVICES PROJECT.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred seventy-seven
    |
0017|     thousand four hundred ninety-four dollars ($277,494) is
    |
0018|     appropriated from the general fund to the job training division
    |
0019|     of the labor department for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for
    |
0020|     the purpose of establishing and operating an interactive
    |
0021|     television educational and governmental services project between
    |
0022|     the labor department, eight public school districts and Clovis
    |
0023|     community college.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0024|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the
    |
0025|     general fund.
