    1.  On page 8, line 6, strike "when" and insert in lieu thereof
  "immediately prior to the time".
  
    2.  On page 23, line 6, strike "when" and insert in lieu thereof
  "immediately prior to the time".,
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
