     Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                         HOUSE BILL 93
                                 
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.   On page 1, line 11, after "APPROPRIATION" insert "TO THE
  CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES DEPARTMENT".
  
     2.   On page 1, line 12, strike "THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT
  COURT" and insert "DONA ANA COUNTY".
  
     3.   On page 1, lines 16 and 17, strike "third judicial
  district court" and insert in lieu thereof "children, youth and
  families department".
  
     4.   On page 1, line 19, after "program" insert "in Dona Ana
  county".,    
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
