0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A FULL-TIME NURSE AT THE DEPARTMENT

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Forty thousand nine hundred
    |
0017|     thirty-three dollars ($40,933) is appropriated from the general
    |
0018|     fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0019|     1997 for the purpose of employing a full-time nurse at the
    |
0020|     clinic in Mosquero in Harding county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0021|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997
    |
0022|     shall revert to the general fund.
