APPROPRIATION.--Five hundred twenty thousand | 0017| dollars ($520,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0018| vocational education division of the state department of public | 0019| education for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the purpose of | 0020| expanding a high school education program for at-risk teenage | 0021| parents to additional sites located statewide.
