     Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom
  has been referred
  
                   HOUSE BILL 127, as amended
                                
                                 has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.  Strike House Education Committee amendments 1 and 2.
  
     2.  On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike "Five hundred twenty
  thousand dollars ($520,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Three
  hundred thousand dollars ($300,000)".
  
     3.  On page 1, line 19, strike "expanding" and insert in lieu
  thereof "maintaining".
  
     4.  On page 1, line 20, after the period, strike the remainder
  of the line and strike lines 21 and 22.
