On page 1, line 19, before "expanding" insert "maintaining and". 2. On page 1, line 20, after "parents" strike the remainder of the line and all of lines 21 and 22 and insert in lieu thereof: "with two hundred eighty thousand dollars ($280,000) of this appropriation for continuing the basic program and two hundred forty thousand dollars ($240,000) of this appropriation for expanding the program to four new sites throughout the state and for providing child care at those new program sites."., and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
