                    FOR HOUSE BILLS 195 AND 196
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
    1.  On page 3, line 18, strike "Six hundred ten thousand dollars
  ($610,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Five hundred thousand dollars
  ($500,000)".
