0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONTINUE THE SOCIAL SERVICES AND

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Ninety-two thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($92,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the children,
    |
0018|     youth and families department for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0019|     1997 for the purpose of continuing the social services and
    |
0020|     tutors assisting youth (STAY) program.  Any unexpended or
    |
0021|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997
    |
0022|     shall revert to the general fund.
