     Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom
  has been referred
  
                         HOUSE BILL 218
                                
                                 has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.  On page 1, lines 16 and 17, strike "Six million five
  hundred thousand dollars ($6,500,000)" and insert in lieu
  thereof "Five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000)".
  
     2.  On page 1, line 21, strike "two million dollars
  ($2,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000)".
  
     3.  On page 2, line 1, strike "one million dollars
  ($1,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000)".
  
     4.  On page 2, lines 12 and 13, strike "one million seven
  hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,750,000)" and insert in
  lieu thereof "one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars
  ($125,000)".
  
     5.  On page 2, lines 17 and 18, strike "one million seven
  hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,750,000)" and insert in
  lieu thereof "one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars
  ($125,000)".
