0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE CONTINUATION OF THE DURANGO AREA

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of
    |
0018|     regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0019|     year 1997 for the purpose of continuing the Durango area
    |
0020|     microfilm project.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0021|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the
    |
0022|     general fund.
