0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW

0017|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Seven hundred fifty
    |
0018|     thousand dollars ($750,000) is appropriated from the
    |
0019|     general fund to the department of health for expenditure
    |
0020|     in fiscal year 1997 for operational costs associated with
    |
0021|     expansion of school-based health center programs.  Any
    |
0022|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0023|     fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
