     Your TAXATI0N AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has
  been referred
  
                         HOUSE BILL 315
                                 
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.  On page 2, lines 3 and 4, strike "a detention facility" and
  insert in lieu thereof "an administration building".
  
     2.  On page 2, between lines 15 and 16, insert the following
  new subsection:
  
          "J.  to Valencia and Socorro counties for a central solid
  waste authority;".
  
     3.  Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
     
     4.  On page 3, between lines 2 and 3, insert the following new
  subsection:
  
          "Q.  to the town of Hagerman to purchase water rights;".
  
     5.  Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
     
     6.  On page 3, strike line 4 in its entirety.
  
     7.  On page 3, line 5, strike the period and insert a
  semicolon.
  
     8.  On page 3, between lines 5 and 6, insert the following:
  
          "S.  to the town of Taos for a water rights acquisition
  project;
  
           T.  to Nor Lea county hospital for a medical building
  project;
  
           U.  to the Agua Sana water association for a water
  project;
  
           V.  to Dona Ana county flood control commission for a
  flood control project; and
  
          W.  to the energy, minerals and natural resources
  department for park system capital projects.".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE 
  COMMITTEE.
