APPROPRIATION.--Eighty-five thousand dollars | 0017| ($85,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local | 0018| government division of the department of finance and | 0019| administration for expenditure in fiscal years 1997 and 1998 for | 0020| the purpose of contracting with the city of Socorro to operate | 0021| the pounders project, a program designed to help rehabilitate | 0022| youth involved in gangs, drugs and violence.
