0017|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0018|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0019|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0020|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the
    |
0021|     purpose of providing operational and staffing funds for
    |
0022|     emergency medical services in the village of Cochiti Lake
    |
0023|     located in Sandoval county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0024|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to
    |
0025|     the general fund.
