                                 has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.   On page 9, line 10, after "make" strike "his" and insert
  in lieu thereof "a".
  
     2.   On page 12, line 9, after "is enacted" insert "to".
  
     3.   On page 16, line 2, strike "(e)" and insert in lieu
  thereof "(d)".
  
     4.   On page 18, line 14, after "adverse" strike "party or his"
  and insert in lieu thereof "party's". 
  
     5.   On page 18, line 18, after "supporting" strike "his" and
  insert in lieu thereof "the attorney's".
