     Your ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to
  whom has been referred
  
                         HOUSE BILL 470
                                 
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.  On page 2, lines 2 and 3, strike "achieve a sustainable
  water supply for critical regions within New Mexico" and insert in
  lieu thereof "continue a statewide interstate stream commission
  regional water planning program and related water resources
  assessments".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
