APPROPRIATION.--One million two hundred fifty | 0018| thousand dollars ($1,250,000) is appropriated from the general | 0019| fund to the state highway and transportation department for | 0020| expenditure in fiscal years 1996 and 1997 for the purpose of | 0021| right-of-way acquisition and archaeological study and | 0022| mitigation. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at | 0023| the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund. | 0024| Section 2.
