0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE MORA LIBRARY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-eight thousand eight
    |
0016|     hundred twenty dollars ($28,820) is appropriated from the
    |
0017|     general fund to the office of cultural affairs for expenditure
    |
0018|     in fiscal year 1997 for the purpose of continuing the daily
    |
0019|     operation and services of the David Cargo public library in
    |
0020|     Mora.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the
    |
0021|     end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
