     Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has
  been referred
  
                         HOUSE BILL 535
                                
                                 has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.  On page 21, between lines 2 and 3, insert the following new
  subsection:
  
          "G.  Notwithstanding any other provision of the Motor
  Carrier Act, a towing company may establish, collect and receive from
  any not-for-profit motor club rates lower than the rates provided in
  the established tariff.  Notice of the lower rates shall be filed
  with the commission but shall not be considered a tariff.".
