0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONTRACT FOR SERVICES TO CONDUCT A

0013|     FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR A FLOUR MILL IN CLOVIS; DECLARING AN

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0017|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars
    |
0018|     ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the economic
    |
0019|     development department for expenditure in fiscal years 1996 and
    |
0020|     1997 for the purpose of contracting for a feasibility study to
    |
0021|     establish a flour mill in Clovis located in Curry county.  Any
    |
0022|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0023|     fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
    |
0024|       Section 2.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
    |
0025|     peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.
