SEVERANCE TAX BONDS--DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND | 0020| ADMINISTRATION--EXPANSION OF PURPOSE--APPROPRIATION.--The | 0021| balance of the proceeds from severance tax bonds appropriated to | 0022| the local government division of the department of finance and | 0023| administration to design, construct and equip an east mesa | 0024| public health facility in Las Cruces located in Dona Ana county, | 0025| pursuant to Subsection VVV of Section 9 of Chapter 148 of Laws | 0001| 1994, shall be expanded to include the acquisition of property | 0002| for the facility. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance | 0003| remaining from the proceeds of the bonds at the end of fiscal | 0004| year 1999 shall revert to the severance tax bonding fund. | 0005| Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public | 0006| peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately. | 0007|  |
