0012|     RELATING TO CAPITAL EXPENDITURES; CHANGING THE PURPOSE OF AN

0013|     APPROPRIATION FOR A LITTLE LEAGUE PARK IN BERNALILLO COUNTY;

0014|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0017|       Section 1.  GENERAL FUND--DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND
    |
0018|     ADMINISTRATION--CHANGE IN PURPOSE--APPROPRIATION.--The general
    |
0019|     fund appropriation to the local government division of the
    |
0020|     department of finance and administration for the construction of
    |
0021|     little league baseball fields located in Bernalillo county,
    |
0022|     pursuant to Subsection UUUUU of Section 24 of Chapter 222 of
    |
0023|     Laws 1995, shall not be expended for its original purpose but is
    |
0024|     appropriated to plan, design, construct, repair and equip
    |
0025|     baseball fields at Lobo little league facilities in Albuquerque
    |
0001|     located in Bernalillo county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0002|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to
    |
0003|     the general fund.
    |
0004|       Section 2.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
    |
0005|     peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.
