                         HOUSE BILL 641
                                 
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.  On page 1, line 15, strike the words "Two hundred fifty"
  and insert in lieu thereof "One hundred".
  
     2.  On page 1, line 16, strike the numbers "250,000" and insert
  in lieu thereof "100,000".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
