APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand | 0019| dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0020| legislative council service for expenditure in fiscal years 1996 | 0021| and 1997 for the purpose of hiring additional professional and | 0022| clerical staff to meet the demands imposed as a result of a | 0023| substantial increase in bill-draft requests. Any unexpended or | 0024| unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 | 0025| shall revert to the general fund. | 0001| Section 2. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars | 0002| ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0003| legislative maintenance department for expenditure in fiscal | 0004| year 1997 for the purpose of installing an enhanced security | 0005| system in the underground parking garage of the state capitol. | 0006| Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of | 0007| fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund. | 0008| Section 3.
