0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE INSTITUTE FOR INTERCULTURAL

0013|     COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP AT SANTA FE COMMUNITY COLLEGE.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty-five thousand
    |
0017|     dollars ($155,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     community college board of Santa Fe community college for
    |
0019|     expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the purpose of staffing and
    |
0020|     developing programs in education, school-to-work agreements and
    |
0021|     community leadership development at the institute for
    |
0022|     intercultural community leadership.  Any unexpended or
    |
0023|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997
    |
0024|     shall revert to the general fund.
