0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO SUPPORT THE ALTERNATIVE FUELS

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Eighty thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($80,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the community
    |
0018|     college board of Santa Fe community college for expenditure in
    |
0019|     fiscal year 1997 for the purpose of supporting the alternative
    |
0020|     fuels training program at Santa Fe community college.  Any
    |
0021|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0022|     fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
