0012| MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES

0013| DEPARTMENT TO PROVIDE OR CONTRACT FOR CERTAIN SERVICES FOR

0016| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
|
0017| Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--
|
0018| A. Ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) is appropriated
|
0019| from the general fund to the children, youth and families
|
0020| department for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 to provide or
|
0021| contract for services for youth in the following amounts for the
|
0022| following purposes:
|
0023| (1) forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) for a
|
0024| health hotline resource and referral program and service; and
|
0025| (2) forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) for a
|
0001| program of entrepreneurship and leadership.
|
0002| B. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining
|
0003| at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
