APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand | 0019| dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0020| human services department for expenditure in fiscal years 1996 | 0021| and 1997 for the purpose of contracting with the Navajo nation | 0022| to provide child support enforcement services to citizens living | 0023| within the boundaries of the Navajo nation in San Juan and | 0024| McKinley counties. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance | 0025| remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the | 0001| general fund. | 0002| Section 2.
