                          SENATE BILL 184
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
    1.  On page 1, lines 20 and 21, strike "five hundred thousand
  dollars ($500,000) and insert in lieu thereof "three hundred fifty
  thousand dollars ($350,000)",
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
