0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR LANDSCAPING AND RECREATIONAL

0013|     EQUIPMENT PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION AT THE GALISTEO COMMUNITY

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0017|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars
    |
0018|     (25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the energy,
    |
0019|     minerals and natural resources department for expenditure in
    |
0020|     fiscal year 1997 for the purpose of landscaping, including
    |
0021|     dugout construction, and purchase and installation of recreation
    |
0022|     equipment, including backstops and football and soccer goal
    |
0023|     posts and fencing, for the multipurpose recreation field in the
    |
0024|     community of Galisteo in Santa Fe county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0025|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997
    |
0001|         shall revert to the general fund.
