0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0017|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0018|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state
    |
0019|     department of public education for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0020|     1997 for the purpose of funding programs at KANW radio in the
    |
0021|     city of Albuquerque located in Bernalillo county.  Any
    |
0022|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0023|     fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
