0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR GROUND WATER RESTORATION PROJECTS IN

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand
    |
0017|     dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     office of the natural resources trustee for expenditure in
    |
0019|     fiscal year 1997 for ground water restoration projects in
    |
0020|     Bernalillo county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0021|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the
    |
0022|     general fund.
