0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONTINUE OPERATION OF THE TEEN COURT

0013|     PILOT PROGRAM FOR JUVENILE OFFENDERS IN GRANT COUNTY.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Forty-nine thousand five
    |
0017|     hundred dollars ($49,500) is appropriated from the general fund
    |
0018|     to the administrative office of the courts for expenditure in
    |
0019|     fiscal year 1997 for the purpose of continuing the teen court
    |
0020|     pilot program for juvenile offenders in Grant county.  Any
    |
0021|     unexpended of unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0022|     fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
