0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A MULTIPURPOSE CENTER AT JEMEZ

0013|     PUEBLO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the state board of finance
    |
0018|     emergency fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for
    |
0019|     expenditure in fiscal years 1996 and 1997 for construction of a
    |
0020|     multipurpose facility at Jemez pueblo in Sandoval county.  Any
    |
0021|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0022|     fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
    |
0023|       Section 2.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
    |
0024|     peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.

0017|   year 1999 but shall revert upon distribution of the appropriation
    |
0018|   set forth in this section.".
