0017|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0018|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred eighty-five
    |
0019|     thousand dollars ($185,000) is appropriated from the general
    |
0020|     fund to the office of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0021|     year 1997 for the purpose of presenting exhibitions and public
    |
0022|     programs regarding Tibetan culture at the museum of
    |
0023|     international folk art located in Santa Fe.  Any unexpended or
    |
0024|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997
    |
0025|     shall convert to the general fund.
