0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PURCHASE AND INSTALL COMPUTER

0013|     TECHNOLOGY FOR QUESTA SCHOOLS LOCATED IN TAOS COUNTY.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty thousand
    |
0017|     dollars ($120,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     state department of public education for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0019|     year 1997 for the purpose of purchasing and installing computer
    |
0020|     technology for Questa schools located in Taos county.  Any
    |
0021|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0022|     fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
