0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Sixty thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($60,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 to
    |
0019|     establish a parent outreach program in Crownpoint through the
    |
0020|     Crownpoint health care facility in McKinley county.  Any
    |
0021|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0022|     fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
