0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR PAVING AND FENCING PROJECTS IN TWIN

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty thousand
    |
0017|     dollars ($120,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0019|     year 1997 for the purpose of paving the Twin Lakes chapter house
    |
0020|     parking lot and Twin Lakes preschool parking lot and installing
    |
0021|     a fence around the Twin Lakes preschool.  Any unexpended or
    |
0022|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997
    |
0023|     shall revert to the general fund.
