A new section of the Public Health Act is | 0018| enacted to read: | 0019| "[NEW MATERIAL] DONATION OF BLOOD BY PERSONS SEVENTEEN | 0020| YEARS OF AGE.--Any person who is seventeen years of age has the | 0021| capacity to consent to the donation of that person's blood or | 0022| blood components.
