0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PURCHASE AND INSTALL EDUCATIONAL

0013|     COMPUTER SYSTEMS FOR THE BARELAS COMMUNITY CENTER LOCATED IN

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0017|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars
    |
0018|     ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0019|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0020|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the
    |
0021|     purpose of purchasing and installing educational computer
    |
0022|     systems for the Barelas community center located in Bernalillo
    |
0023|     county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the
    |
0024|     end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
