0001|     AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF THE

0002|     DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION TO PURCHASE COMPUTER
    |
0003|     EQUIPMENT FOR A COMMUNITY CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE LOCATED IN
    |
0004|     BERNALILLO COUNTY.

0006|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0007|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0008|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0009|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0010|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the
    |
0011|     purpose of purchasing educational computer systems and software
    |
0012|     for the Mesa Verde community center in Albuquerque, located in
    |
0013|     Bernalillo county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0014|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the
    |
0015|     general fund.
