On page 1, line 11, strike "STUDY AND". 2. On page 1, line 11, strike "A" and insert in lieu thereof "ITS". 3. On page 2, line 8, strike the comma and insert "and". 4. On page 2, line 8, after "regular" strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "home visits of first". 5. On page page 2, line 9 strike "in home visits". 6. On page 2, strike lines 10 through 14 and insert in lieu thereof: "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the department of health work with the human services department to incorporate home visits of first newborns and their mothers into the Medicaid program; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the department of health ensure that home visits of first newborns and their mothers be included in the services of primary care clinics that contract with the department of health to provide services; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that department-supported programs that provide home visits to first newborns and their mothers collaborate with other programs providing health and nutrition services, including the women, infants and children program, maternal and infant care program and the healthier kids fund, and that such collaboration include services to recipients of indigent health care funds; and".
