0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR IN-PLANT DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Three million seven hundred
    |
0017|     fifty-five thousand dollars ($3,755,000) is appropriated from
    |
0018|     the subsequent injury fund to the development training fund for
    |
0019|     expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for in-plant training programs
    |
0020|     conducted pursuant to Section 21-19-7 NMSA 1978.  Any unexpended
    |
0021|     or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997
    |
0022|     shall not revert.
