0005|      Section 1.  REPEAL.--Sections 76-17-1 through 76-17-9 NMSA

0006| 1978 (being Laws 1963, Chapter 167, Sections 1 through 4, Laws

0007| 1977, Chapter 256, Section 1 and Laws 1963, Chapter 167, Sections
    |
0008| 5 through 8, as amended) are repealed.
