0007| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0008|      Section 1.  STATE PLAN.--The governor shall submit a state
    |
0009| plan, developed pursuant to Section 103 of Public Law 104-193, to
    |
0010| the legislature or an appropriate legislative interim committee
    |
0011| for its approval prior to its submission to the federal department
    |
0012| of health and human services.
